Cumulocity IoT - Notice history

We would like to notify you about an upcoming upgrade to your Cumulocity.cn environment, scheduled from 13th July at 09:00 CEST to 17th of July at 17:00 CEST.

MAINTENANCE IMPACT: The Core module will undergo a rolling restart when necessary, ensuring the module remains responsive during the process. The upgrade will occur in the background and is expected to have minimal or no SLA relevant impact on the platform, with no anticipated platform unavailability or interruptions.

However, microservices, including the Advanced Streaming Analytics module, will need to be restarted, resulting in temporary unavailability during the restart procedure when necessary.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the cumulocity-trial-eu-central-1 environment. This maintenance includes a database migration and kernel patching.

The maintenance is scheduled for June, 5th 04.00-07.00 CEST.

No outage is expected. During the maintenance, you may experience brief interruptions to write operations lasting only a few seconds as database components are transitioned. Additionally, application services will be restarted in a rolling fashion, which may cause short intermittent hiccups.

The expected maintenance window is approximately 2–3 hours. No action is required on your end. We will post updates here as the maintenance progresses.
