This status page displays European and US Public Cloud platforms operated by Cumulocity IoT. For Asia-Pacific platforms, please refer to https://cumulocity-apj.statuspage.io/​

This page shows the service availability and performance of our platforms. The platform is considered available as long as devices and users can save and retrieve data via REST, MQTT and LWM2M (where applicable) services.

We upgrade Cumulocity platforms during the following time periods:​

- eu-latest.cumulocity.com - Thursday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC​
- us.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC
- emea.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC​
- cumulocity.com - Tuesday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC ​

These upgrades do not impact service availability. However, network connection resets might be observed. ​

Maintenance (which impacts service availability) will be announced separately using Statuspage notifications. Notifications are also used in case of platform-wide issues. If you want to be informed about such notifications, please register using the button above.

As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we will perform the maintenance on the Cumulocity IoT platform cumulocity.com environment starting on the 25th of July, between 13:00 and 15:00 CEST.

The Cumulocity Core module will undergo a rolling restart procedure which will render the module generally responsive during the maintenance. This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance. We will inform you as we progress through the migration and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.

Please note that we'll carry out emergency maintenance of underlying infrastructure on the Cumulocity IoT platform us.cumulocity.com starting today on the 17th of July between 14:00 and 15:00 CEST.

Short session interruptions are expected during the maintenance activity, but downtime of the whole instance is not required.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
