Update -
Please be informed that the scheduled maintenance will be postponed by one week to 27–30 April.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, we will perform scheduled infrastructure maintenance on the emea.cumulocity.com environment from 27–30 April 2026, daily between 09:00 and 17:00 CEST.
The maintenance will begin with preparation activities for the migration on 27 and 28 April. During this phase, background activities will take place and no impact to platform availability is expected.
The final migration of workloads to Managed Kubernetes will take place on 29 April. This step will require a planned downtime of up to 4 hours, expected between 09:30 and 13:30 CEST, during which the platform will be unavailable.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will make every effort to keep the downtime to a minimum.
Please ensure that all relevant platform users are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the scheduled maintenance.
We will send an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance begins.
Updates will be communicated throughout the maintenance window, including any deviations from the communicated plan.
Please also note that the source IP addresses for outgoing traffic from the platform will change. After the migration, outgoing traffic will originate from new IP addresses. Cumulocity will provide the updated IP addresses at the beginning of the migration. Customers should review their network configurations and update any firewall rules or IP whitelists to ensure continued platform connectivity.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
