This status page shows the service availability and performance of the European and US public cloud platforms operated by Cumulocity (status page for Asia-Pacific). For more information on service level and service availability, please refer to the service-level agreements.

By default the platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:

- eu-latest.cumulocity.com - Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC​
- us.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC
- emea.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC​
- cumulocity.com - Tuesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC

Maintenance that affects service availability and incidents are announced via Statuspage notifications. To receive notifications via email or text message, click the 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top.

Please note that we reserved the right to deploy non-service impacting changes or changes with very little foreseeable impact at any time.

Streaming Analytics Issue | emea.cumulocity.com
Resolved - While monitoring the Streaming Analytics module of the Cumulocity platform on emea.cumulocity.com, we have not seen any further problematic symptoms and are confident that the applied fix solved the issue.

We will inform you should any new issues arise.

Update - We see that the issue effects only a very small amount of customers using a specific variant of the service. All other variants are up and running.

Investigating - We have observed an issue within the Streaming Analytics module of the Cumulocity platform on emea.cumulocity.com which results in services restarting and not running stable.

We are investigating the root cause and will inform you as soon as we have further information.

Scheduled - We need to perform an emergency maintenance on the Dremio component of DataHub to fix an issue with failing offloadings. The service will get restarted as part of the maintenance, so you may see some failed jobs or "service unavailable" errors. DataHub offloadings will get retried the next time they run, typically next hour.
