As part of our continuous effort to improve our service to our Customers, we will be enabling support for MQTTS weak ciphers on emea.cumulocity.com environment on 26.October.2021, between 08:00 CEST and 11:00 CEST.
As part of this activity, weak MQTTS ciphers will be enabled. Hence after the upgrade completes, the devices which required MQTTS weak ciphers will start working.
This will be a background activity that will have no or little impact on your use of emea.cumulocity.com.
Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the upgrade.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the upgrade. We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
