As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we shall perform maintenance of underlying infrastructure on the Cumulocity IoT platform emea.cumulocity.com environment starting on the 25th of March at 08:00 CET until the 29th of March at 16:00 CET.
The Cumulocity Core module will undergo a rolling restart procedure which will render the module generally responsive during the migration. This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of emea.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption.
Agents and Microservices, including the Advanced Streaming Analytics module, will have to be restarted and unavailable during the restart procedure.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance. We will inform you as we progress through the migration and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
