As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we shall be upgrading the Cumulocity IoT platform emea.cumulocity.com environment from version 10.15.0 to 10.16.0. The maintenance window will occur between May 24th at 08:00 CEST and May 25th at 23:00 CEST.
The Cumulocity Core module will undergo a rolling upgrade procedure which will render the module generally responsive during the upgrade. This background activity will have little or no impact on your use of emea.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption.
Microservices, including the Advanced Streaming Analytics module, will have to be restarted and unavailable during the restart procedure.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please ensure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and aware of the upgrade.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the upgrade. We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and if there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
