See below for an important notice to all users of tenants on us.cumulocity.com regarding LWM2M agent.
As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we shall be upgrading the LwM2M agent of Cumulocity IoT platform at us.cumulocity.com environment to version 10.9.0.14 on August 26th, 2021, between 17:00 CEST and 21:00 CEST. The Cumulocity LWM2M agent will undergo a rolling upgrade procedure which will render the module generally responsive during the upgrade. Cumulocity LWM2M agent will have to be restarted and won’t be available during the restart procedure for a period of approximately 15 minutes during the day. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the upgrade.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the upgrade. We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
