Please be informed about the emergency maintenance impacting Cumulocity IoT Datahub (CDH) on cumulocity.com.
Maintenance will occur on the 21st of November 2024, between 11:00 CET and 13:00 CET.
During this scheduled maintenance, we will perform a parameter change in order to prevent issues with offloading. There’s no anticipation of Platform unavailability, but Datahub Microservices may be impacted and restarted. Users may experience Cumulocity IoT Datahub unavailability or interruptions during the restart procedure. No action from your side is required.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance. We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
