    We would like to inform you of the emergency maintenance of the Cumulocity DataHub (CDH) module on the EMEA environment.

    Maintenance will occur 8 Sept 2026 9:00 UTC.
    Cumulocity DataHub Microservices may be impacted and restarted. Users may experience Cumulocity DataHub unavailability or interruptions during the restart procedure.
    Some offloadings may fail, but they will be retried next time and will pick up remaining data.
    Custom Dremio jobs unfortunately need to be rerun by the users.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.

    Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.
