By default the platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:
- eu-latest.cumulocity.com - Thursday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- us.cumulocity.com - Monday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- emea.cumulocity.com - Monday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- cumulocity.com - Tuesday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 06:00 to 14:00 UTC
Maintenance that affects service availability and incidents are announced via Statuspage notifications. To receive notifications via email or text message, click the 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top.
Please note that we reserved the right to deploy non-service impacting changes or changes with very little foreseeable impact at any time.
