As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we will conduct maintenance of underlying infrastructure on the Cumulocity platform us.cumulocity.com environment on the 26th of February from 03:00 CET to 10:00 CET.

This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of us.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption. Agents and Microservices, including the Advanced Streaming Analytics module, will have to be restarted and unavailable during the restart procedure.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance.

We will inform you as we progress through the maintenance and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.

This page shows the service availability and performance of our platforms. The platform is considered available as long as devices and users can save and retrieve data via REST, MQTT and LWM2M (where applicable) services.

We upgrade Cumulocity platforms during the following time periods:​

- eu-latest.cumulocity.com - Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC​
- us.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC
- emea.cumulocity.com - Monday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC​
- cumulocity.com - Tuesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC ​

These upgrades do not impact service availability. However, network connection resets might be observed. ​

Maintenance (which impacts service availability) will be announced separately using Statuspage notifications. Notifications are also used in case of platform-wide issues. If you want to be informed about such notifications, please register using the button above.
