As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we shall be upgrading the Loriot agent on the Cumulocity IoT platform cumulocity.com environment on the 19th of December 2024, between 10:30 CET and 12:30 CET.
During the upgrade procedure, the Loriot agent will have to be restarted.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please ensure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and aware of the upgrade.
We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and if there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
