Unfortunately the update was scheduled by mistake for Sunday 19.08.2018! So if you wonder that you got eMails about a system update, but that the system is on 9.11, still, the reason is that no system update was done. We will announce the correct date later today in a new announcement

Update
Please be informed that the system update to 9.12 is postponed. It will not be done on 16.08.2018 but on 19.08.2018. The time slot for the maintenance window will stay the same, so update will start at 2 pm at that new date.

We will update our production to Cumulocity 9.12 on 16.08..2018. Our maintenance slot starts at 14:00 CEST and ends at 21:00 CEST. Beside a few minutes, where CEP might not be available no outage is expected in this platform update!
