    We have identified the cause of the performance issue on jp.cumulocity.com. Since 23 October 2026, some operations were intermittently slower than usual caused by an unusually high volume of background processing on the platform. The platform has been performing normally since 12:00 UTC on 25 October 2026, and we are closely monitoring it.

    We would like to inform you of emergency maintenance on the APJ environment. No service interruptions are expected. Cumulocity will generally remain responsive and within the limits of the service-level agreements.

    MAINTENANCE IMPACT:
    The Cumulocity Core module will undergo a rolling restart when necessary, ensuring the module remains responsive during the process. The upgrade will occur in the background and is expected to have minimal or no SLA relevant impact on the Cumulocity Platform, with no anticipated platform unavailability or interruptions.

    Some offloadings may fail, but they will be retried next time and will pick up remaining data.
    Custom Dremio jobs unfortunately need to be rerun by the users.
